Back Pain

If you suffer from back pain it is important that your therapist is McKenzie trained. The McKenzie method is a system of diagnosis, treatment and management to the spine and extremities.

Discs, joints, muscles, and ligaments can all play a part when it comes to back pain. If there is an injury, any one of these components may get strained, sprained, or damaged. However, often there is no major injury when it comes to back pain. Progressive degeneration of the bones or discs, poor posture, or other medical conditions can naturally appear over one’s lifetime. Our physiotherapists are McKenzie trained in dealing with back conditions and offer a range of modalities to help ease your pain and restore normal function.
